You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report manufacturing defects.

The Warranty covers:
Foam: Free of rips, tears, veins, or structural defects
Upholstery Fabric: Free of holes, rips, stains, or manufacturing flaws
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Misuse or incorrect use
Stains, spills, soiling, or mildew
Improper cleaning
Unauthorized alterations or repairs
Improper storage
Fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of nature
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you discover a defect, please follow these steps:
Take photos of the issue and write a brief description.

Our team will review the claim and arrange a repair or replacement.
Important
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of discovering the defect to ensure accurate review.
