Contract Sewing Process:
1- Client’s Design or Specification: The process starts when the client provides a design, pattern, or detailed specifications for the desired product.
2- Material Sourcing: We use materials supplied by the client.
3- Pattern and Cutting: Patterns are developed, and the fabric is cut according to the design. We prefer to use patterns from the client if they have.
4- Sewing and Assembly: Our experienced seamstresses and machine operators follow the client’s instructions to sew and assemble the product, employing various sewing techniques such as stitching and serging.
5- Quality Control: The completed items undergo a quality control check to ensure they meet the client’s specifications.
6- Packaging and Shipping: After passing quality control, the finished products are packaged and prepared for shipment to the client. Clients also can pick up their orders from our location.
Requirement For Contract Sewing:
1—Detailed Design or Specifications: Clients must provide Xeno with clear and comprehensive design or product specifications.
2- Materials and Components: Clients can supply their own materials or request Xeno to source necessary items such as fabrics, zippers, buttons, and other components.
3- Pattern Making: A pattern or template is essential for precise fabric cutting and sewing. Clients can either provide patterns or have the Xeno to create them.
4- Quality Standards: It’s important to establish the quality standards and any specific requirements for the finished products, such as stitching quality, durability, and safety standards.
5- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Xeno may require a minimum order quantity, specifying the smallest number of items that must be produced per order.
6- Communication: Effective communication between the client and Xeno is important to ensure the final products meet the client’s expectations.
