All Sales Are Final: All Xeno product sales are final. Please carefully confirm your size, fabric choice, and other materials before ordering, as many of our items are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligibility for Return: • Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. • Custom-made or cut-to-size fabrics/foam are non-returnable (unless defective). • Mattress products must not show signs of use beyond initial inspection.

3. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds: • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange free return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
